You will receive a call to confirm service dates and needs. b. After this conversation we will work out a budget and send you a travel conformation form. The purpose of this form is to secure dates and cost. Step 2: Receive Service Conformation and sign and fax to our office (602) 404.7042 Conformations must be received 2 weeks out from expected travel dates. To ensure that we send you the best possible team. No service is final until we receive the "Service Conformation" Step 3: Send check for travel expenses at least 2 weeks out from expected travel dates.
