History of Masters' Commission
The Ministry of Master's Commission was started in 1984 by a man by the name of Carmen Balsamo.
With the sudden death of Mr. Balsamo in 1987, Master's Commission
came under the leadership of Pastor Lloyd Zeigler.
Pastor Lloyd graduated Magna Cum Laude from Southern California College
(now Van Guard University) receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education.
Since assuming the responsibility of the program, Master's Commission has grown
far beyond what anyone could have imagined. Pastor Zeigler is known nationally
and internationally for his heart piercing, life-changing, and very creative
presentation of the Gospel. His God given vision has inspired his staff and
students to develop a heart of ministry for this generation an beyond.
Serving along side Pastor Zeigler and his Executive Staff, is an experienced
leadership team who are dedicating their lives to seeing this generation affected by God,
These men and women, along with their families, are committing their time
and energy to see people build a lasting relationship with their creator,.
This team truly lives the statement, "Changed people, change people."
What is Master's Commission USA?
Master's Commission USA is a discipleship program designed to train Biblical values.
Each morning our students spend an hour in prayer, followed by teachings, bible study,
and small group discipleship. Every student is also involved in one of five institutes
which allow them to be developed in music, dance, drama, school assemblies,
and Pastoral training. This helps our students to develop a lifestyle that will
last in the face of adversity.
Our Pastor, Tommy Barnett, once said, "The church is not a waiting room for the saints,
but a hospital for the sick." Throughout the year we provide our students with several
opportunities to put this quote to practice. We believe that the best way to understand
and learn how to do ministry is to actually get out and minister to people.
Because of this, each of our students is involved in children's ministry, youth ministry,
school assemblies, outreach, and much more.

Well, there is a lot to know about Master's Commission. There is a quote we us often around here;
"Most things in life are caught and not taught." Master's Commission is a lot like that.
You can spend hours studying the pages of our website. However, experiencing
Master's Commission will probably be the most effective.
We believe you are a key ingredient in knowing the heart of your son or
daughter and your wisdom is valued.
For many parents, this is a first time experience with their son or daughter (or both)
leaving home and being on their own. We empathize with your feelings,
and want you to know that our director, Pastor Lloyd Zeigler,
and the MC USA staff is committed to the growth of each student.
MC USA is the original founding MC program in addition to being
the leading and largest program on the globe.
We bring the experience of over 150 combined years of ministry experience with just
the executive staff here at MC USA. Each MC USA student is housed in a dorm style
apartment with four other people that consist of, one leader, one staff, and two students.
We begin with prayer every morning as a team or in small groups.
We have designated times in our schedule for students to successfully
accomplish all of their studies, scripture memorization, reports, etc...
To ensure that there is no failure we have a two to one student to leader ratio.
Your financial and spiritual commitment to your son or daughter doesn't go unnoticed.
We pray and work tirelessly throughout the year so your student gets 100%.
The students will be tired, but at the same time fulfilled. Your concerns are our concerns.
